The CONTOUR® PLUS BGMS goes beyond the minimum user performance criteria of ISO 15197:2013 at stricter error limits of ± 10 mg/dL (± 0.56 mmol/L) or ± 10%. In the low glucose range – which plays a crucial role in helping detect hypoglycaemia – CONTOUR® PLUS had a lower mean absolute relative difference than four other BGMSs evaluated in this study.

THE CONTOUR® PLUS ONE system has demonstrated remarkable accuracy, going beyond the minimum accuracy requirements of the ISO 15197:2013 standards.
This is to help ensure that you are getting accurate results. ISO standards allow an error margin of ± 0.83 mmol / L or ± 15%. The CONTOUR PLUS ONE system has been shown to deliver a ± 0.47 mmol / L or ± 8.5% error margin in the overall range.
