Description:

The fold-able respirator mask is manufactured in line with the SANS 50149 and European EN 149 standards. It protects against solids, water-based aerosols and oil-based aerosols, reducing small particles inhaled and expelled by the wearer. In addition to protecting the wearer, the valve mask allows easier exhalation than traditional masks, prevent humidity and reduce uncomfortable heat and carbon dioxide build-up inside the mask. The mask is comfortable and breathable and is made up of 5-layers of cotton and melt-blown non-woven.

Physical Properties:

A low profile mask that offers a comfortable fit with glasses and goggles and provides easy breathing and speaking. A soft inner lining offers comfort with less irritation. Low breathing resistance increases worker’s comfort. Colour coded elastic head straps, contour design and adjustable aluminium nosepiece provide a comfortable individual fit. The colour-coded elastic instantly identifies the level of protection (i.e. FFP1 or FFP2). The exhalation valve assists in airflow exchange and reduces the build-up of heat and moisture inside the mask.
